BG Group plc reported its 2009 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results and Annual Strategy Update to the London Stock Exchange at 07:00 am (UK time) on Friday 5 February 2010.  

On the same day at 2.00pm (UK time), BG Group will hold a webcast of the annual investor presentation, at which Frank Chapman, Chief Executive, and Ashley Almanza, Chief Financial Officer, will comment on the results and provide an update on the Company's strategy and key projects.
